Quality Assurance Administrator
GEA Group, a global leader in engineering solutions, is searching for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team in York, PA. This role is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and distributing quality system documents and coordinating the preparation of product document packages for construction documentation.

Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and distribute quality system documents. This includes the control of Level 1 documents (QC Manual), Level 2 documents (SOPs, WIs), and the Level 3 documents of the Quality Control and Manufacturing groups
Coordinate preparation of the Production Traveller to initiate and document the construction process
Assign pressure vessel identification, drawing packs, QAF-30 and vessel nameplates
Prepares documents applicable to the pressure vessel manufacturing process or repair process (U-1As, U-4s, R-Is, etc.) for submission to the National Board office
Maintains and updates the material certification records which include MTR files for heads, plate, pipe, manway rings, covers, etc., checking heat numbers on MTRs and storing in the QA Dossier
Maintain the QC database for KPIs, in-process inspections, inspection reports, corrective/preventive actions, problem areas, radiography, vessel log, non-conformance parts log, welding performance, welder stamp log, archives, etc
Collect inspection and testing documentation, certifications, personnel qualifications, radiography reader sheets, etc. for custom engineered skid product jobs
Create product certifications per custom requirements
Maintain and order supplies for the manufacturing facility
Assist when needed for the front desk operator
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Microsoft Office products required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Structured approach to problem solving
Detail oriented
Assertive self-starter
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance admin role highly preferred
