The Day By Day Project is a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing the lives of individuals with dementia through their Memory Disco™ program. They are seeking a Growth Associate to drive lead generation and outbound sales efforts, connecting with senior living operators to create partnerships that support residents with dementia.

Responsibilities

Prospect relentlessly: Identify and research qualified senior living facilities, memory care units, and assisted living communities that align with our ideal customer profile
Drive outbound outreach: Execute multi-touch campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and secure discovery conversations with decision-makers
Manage the pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach cadence, and document key details about each prospect
Qualify and hand off leads: Schedule qualified discovery calls for our President, providing context and prep materials to maximize conversion
Test and optimize: Analyze response rates, refine messaging, and continuously improve targeting based on what's working

Required

2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation—ideally with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Proven prospecting skills: Hands-on experience with cold calling, email outreach, and systematic pipeline development
Exceptional communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills—you craft compelling emails and hold confident, persuasive phone conversations
Senior living knowledge: Familiarity with the senior living industry, memory care environments, or dementia care (either through professional experience or personal connection)
Mission-driven mindset: Genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults and the people who care for them
Process orientation: Comfort with CRM systems, data tracking, and metrics-driven decision making
Resilience and hustle: You thrive in high-volume environments, handle rejection with grace, and maintain energy through repetitive work

Preferred

Experience selling to healthcare operators or senior living decision-makers
Experience using tools like Monday.com, Hubspot, Salesforce
Background in inside sales at a fast-growing startup
Personal or professional connection to Alzheimer's disease or dementia care
