Business Development Manager
Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a passion for selling staffing and workforce solutions. This role focuses on acquiring and managing client relationships across IT, Engineering, Scientific, and professional services, driving revenue growth and brand presence.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect, and close new staffing and workforce solutions business
Target Direct Clients, MSPs, and SOW-based programs
Generate contract, contract-to-hire, and project staffing opportunities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
Develop relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement, MSP/VMS Program Managers, and HR teams
Onboard and grow new clients into long-term staffing partners
Secure and manage staffing requisitions across multiple job families
Maintain ongoing communication to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in staffing sales, business development, or account management
Proven success in contract and contract-to-hire roles
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP programs and/or SOW staffing services
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Comfortable selling virtually, on calls, video meetings, and client presentations
High-energy, self-driven, and results-oriented
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset with a hunter mentality
Organized with strong follow-up and CRM discipline
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with delivery and recruiting teams
Motivated by performance-based earnings
