Partner Engagement Manager
Omnisend is an email and SMS marketing platform built for ecommerce brands, and they are seeking an outcomes oriented and experienced Partner Engagement Manager to join their Agency Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with digital marketing agencies, helping them understand the value of Omnisend, and driving mutual growth.

Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital marketing agencies into the Omnisend Partner Program
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within Omnisend
Training & Enablement: Provide agencies with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and implement Omnisend solutions for their clients
Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing activities, including webinars, case studies, and joint events
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and success
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team and GTM teams to ensure that agency partners are effectively driving revenue and meeting their targets
Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from partners to help improve our product offerings, support processes, and partner program
Travel: Occasional travel to meet with partners and teams in person will be required to be successful
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with changing priorities
Growth mindset, ability to learn quick, a mindset to contribute as an important part of a team and a focus on outcomes not outputs
Preferred
Previous experience in and/or knowledge of Email and SMS Marketing automation
