New Grad, Entry LevelDPP is seeking a Process Technician for a second shift role in the civil aerospace business. The role involves performing weekly maintenance on equipment and following production plans to meet customer requirements while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure equipment is safe and reliable
Ability to work as an individual and as a team player to get the job done and follow production plans in order to meet customer requirements
Resolve conflicts within the team in the context of teamwork in order to ensure high standards of professionalism at all times
Participate in cost improvements in order to satisfy customer needs
Must be able available to work occasional weekend shift (be available for service support on a 24-hour basis, including weekends) depending on business needs and be able to stand for an extended period of time
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
Preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/Word)
Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Detail oriented with strong mechanical aptitude
