Executive Administrator
Collabera is seeking an Executive Administrator to support the CTO in managing their day-to-day activities. The role involves calendar management, travel coordination, and facilitating leadership meetings, while also acting as a liaison with various departments.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner to the CTO, keeping their day running smoothly
Own and prioritize the CTO’s calendar (not just scheduling—not just scheduling—true time management)
Manage complex travel and expenses using Global business travel tool OR Similar
Support leadership meetings (prep, materials, follow-ups)
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement to move things forward
Filter information, flag priorities, and reduce noise
Represent the CTO professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or VP leaders
Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment
Strong calendar management and prioritization skills
Hands-on experience with Global Business Travel (or similar)
Comfortable with Workspace, Email writing, Slack/Teams
Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and adaptable
