Responsibilities

This production associate places yarn cones onto holders (creels) to feed yarn into carpet manufacturing (tufting) machines
This production associate runs the carpet manufacturing machines (tufting), ensures high quality carpet production, and ensures a safe work environment
This production associate runs machines to help convert pellets or chips into usable fibers or strands that make up the carpets we produce
This production associate operates and troubleshoots machines that sort and separate carpet scrap to support the recycling of materials
This production and distribution associate will learn to operate various forklifts, lift trucks, and other material handling vehicles to support shipping, receiving, and manufacturing activities

Required
