Focus Workforce Management is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join their dynamic team. This role involves assisting in the development of innovative design solutions and collaborating with senior designers to create original package designs that meet retail needs.

Responsibilities

Supports the EVP Sales & Marketing in the creation and production of graphic design and creative projects in company’s marketing department. Position duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Participate in the creation of original, trend-forward package designs to meet the needs of Star’s retail partners. Must have previous packaging design experience

Create and update CADs to correspond with package design

Support the Sample Room Coordinator by printing labels as needed

Participate in collaborative team brainstorms as needed

Website design experience is a plus

Pre-press knowledge is a plus

Candidate should possess strong creative, graphic and product packaging design skills

A proactive, self-starter who is able to take direction from multiple people

Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize various responsibilities and complete assignments in a timely manner
