Responsibilities

Design and execute our multi-layer tokenization roadmap
Architect compliant yet innovative token structures spanning both utility and security frameworks
Build a modular system capable of scaling globally and enduring long term
Translate Sankhara’s mission into digital participation that actually matters
Partner closely with legal counsel across jurisdictions
Implement rigorous KYC/AML frameworks and governance controls
Design risk frameworks, transparency systems, and stewardship reporting
Build trust mechanisms that earn credibility with serious investors and serious regulators
Lead smart contract strategy, system design, audits, and security readiness
Oversee issuance, registry, treasury management involvement, custody architecture
Partner with engineering (internal and external) to actually ship product
Own timelines, budgets, accountability

Required

3+ years leadership in tokenization, blockchain platforms or digital asset markets
Proven experience architecting and launching tokenized securities and/or large-scale RWA initiatives
Demonstrated expertise designing token models and blockchain infrastructure
Deep fluency bridging legal, engineering, and investor conversations
Ambition and courage to push boundaries without crossing them
