The position will serve as the first point of contact for the Foster Care program and must always exemplify the program's philosophy and mission.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in social work, Family Studies, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
Minimum two years of experience in child welfare or human services, specifically monitoring and licensing foster homes
Previous experience in writing home studies and assessments of family systems
Excel in the area of time management, organization, and meeting deadlines
Experience working with kinship families
Associate degree in child welfare related studies
Certified PS-MAPP Trainer and PS-DT Trainer
Fingerprint clearance if working with children or in a 24 hour facility
Preferred
Bilingual Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is helpful
Availability to work evening hours
Ability to participate in play/recreational activities
