They are seeking a high-energy Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and guiding new hires through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
Champion and live out Amada Senior Care’s mission, values, and culture every day
Bring a positive, can-do attitude and take pride in delivering excellence
Source and attract top talent using job boards, databases, social media, and creative outreach
Review, screen, and evaluate resumes and applications with a keen eye for detail
Master and maintain our online onboarding and documentation systems
Interview healthcare professionals, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit
Evaluate candidates’ technical abilities, soft skills, and alignment with client needs
Guide new hires through a seamless onboarding experience for full integration and success
Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms
Assist with new-hire orientations and training support
Serve as a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships with candidates from first contact to hire
Maintain strict confidentiality of client, personnel, and agency information
Leverage Home Health or CNA knowledge to support training and orientation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A confident, upbeat, and professional demeanor
Solid computer and technology skills
A genuine passion for people and purpose-driven work
Preferred
High school or equivalent
Recruiting: 2 years
Home Health Care: 1 year
Spanish
CNA License
