Responsibilities
Manage discovery and conduct fact investigations
Draft and argue motions
Take and defend depositions
Review medical, scientific, and historical documents
Work closely with experts and co-counsel
Prepare cases for trial and serve as second/third chair
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Oregon Bar admission (or reciprocity eligibility)
Strong legal writing & research skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to plaintiff-side advocacy and client service
Willingness to travel
Preferred
Trial, deposition, or clerkship experience
Background in PI, wrongful death, med-mal, toxic torts, or related litigation
For new graduates: strong research/writing and a demonstrated drive to learn litigation
