Responsibilities
Perform formulation, weighing, blending, mixing, and sample preparation
Operate lab and pilot-scale equipment; support scale-up and pilot runs
Collect and document accurate technical and batch data
Complete batch records, lab notebooks, and technical documentation
Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and cGMP compliance
Maintain a clean, inspection-ready lab and equipment
Follow cGMP, SOP, safety, PPE, and allergen-handling requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally and support audits, investigations, and improvements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Working knowledge of cGMPs and controlled documentation
Strong attention to detail, math skills, and equipment aptitude
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
1–3 years lab, manufacturing, food, or supplement experience preferred
