Responsibilities
Web Migration & Design: Prepare legacy pages for migration to BD.com by choosing optimal modules from the Figma design system . Create visual mockups and layouts that ensure a consistent global user experience and accessibility compliance
SEO/SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO/GEO and SEM. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to global and regional stakeholders
Content Creation: Develop engaging digital assets for social media, including banners, digital ads, and short-form video content using Adobe Creative Suite
Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end web request lifecycle through Jira , ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on ticket progress
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all digital collateral adheres to strict BD Design Guidelines and accessibility standards across multiple screen ratios
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
2 to 4 years in digital marketing, preferably within Medical Devices, Pharma, or B2B Industrial sectors
High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong understanding of CMS management, technical SEO, and social media content strategy
