CLEAResult is leading the transition to a sustainable energy-efficient future. They are looking for a Program Consultant to ensure the smooth delivery of energy efficiency projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

Support a utility client commercial energy efficiency program that provides financial incentives for commercial and industrial customers

Work to drive participation in energy efficiency programs, including direct outreach to commercial and industrial utility customers as well as promoting program information to local contractors and various business groups to facilitate growth of the program

Develop and manage relationships with internal and external program stakeholders

Develop and manage a pipeline of energy efficiency projects that will allow our client to meet program energy savings goals

Track and report program projects and status in an effective, accurate, and timely manner

Spend time in the field performing outreach, supporting energy audits, and project coordination

Perform other duties beyond the above as assigned

Required

3-6 years of experience in energy efficiency, construction management, HVAC, or similar

Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, Project Management or similar

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

This role requires overnight travel approximately 1–3 times per month to support client outreach and engagement activities

Are at least 21 years of age

Preferred

BPI and/or CEM certification preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset

Experience with sales and data tracking software systems (Salesforce, etc.) is an asset
