Sets long-term financial strategy and drives cost discipline and financial performance
Leads budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and financial reporting processes
Analyzes financial results, identifies variances and trends, and delivers actionable insights
Manages capital investments and business cases
Develops financial models, scenarios, and performance metrics
Provides financial guidance and decision support to cross-functional stakeholders

Qualification
Required
12+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
5+ years of leadership experience, including people management
Bachelor's degree required
Large Public company experience required
Strong financial, analytical, and business partnering skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Advanced degree and CPA/CFA preferred
Experience with TM1, PeopleSoft, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
