Build partnerships and develop strong relationships with internal partners
Manage risk by identifying and escalating risks promptly
The candidate should have strong administrative and organization skills
The candidate must process strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients by phone
The candidate will effectively and accurately gather client questions and input client inquiry in a devoted database
The candidate should have a willingness to be taught and learn tax administrative skills
Able to multi task in a face-paced environment and deliver results
Demonstrated oral, written and presentation communication skills
Qualification
Required
Administrative support of Fiduciary Tax Services as well as achieving client focused service standards and complying with Bank standards and policies and federal and state laws
Build partnerships and develop strong relationships with internal partners

Organizational skills; proficient with Excel; customer service focused
