Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
State Farm Agent is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to support daily operations and enhance customer success. The role involves building customer relationships and marketing relevant products to meet their insurance needs.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
Qualification
Required
Active Insurance License (Property/Casualty and Life/Health – Or must be able to obtain.)
Minimum of 1–2 years' sales experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and relationship building
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commission‑based environment
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms
A passion for helping clients protect what matters most
Preferred
Proven track record of meeting sales targets (preferred but not required)
Experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred but not required)
