Responsibilities

Oversee Cisco VoIP and analog phone systems

Manage mobile communication devices and related services

Maintain and update operational documentation

Lead the implementation of new telecommunication solutions

Manage workload distribution and workflow efficiency

Assign and track ServiceNow tickets to ensure timely resolution

Maintain expertise in TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP

Ensure compliance with relevant security and risk management frameworks

Create and maintain technical documents for processes and system functions

Mentor and guide junior team members

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address telecommunication needs

Foster collaboration within the IT team to enhance service delivery

Qualification

Required

3-5 years of experience in telecommunications

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Must possess and maintain a Confidential security clearance

Lead the implementation of new telecommunication solutions

Manage workload distribution and workflow efficiency

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with ServiceNow and meeting SLA targets

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

DoD 8140/8570 Compliant (e.g., Security+ CE, Telecom certification/Call Manager) or ability to obtain required certifications
