Responsibilities
Experienced and Proficient in installing HVAC equipment (3+years experience preferred)
Refrigeration line brazing/ sheet metal transition building proficiency
Install All HVAC comfort systems including: duct design, install layout, and full fabrication
Perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations
Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers
Able to perform full system startups on all systems
Able to fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans
Leadership to allow trainees to grow and develop
Ability to pass background check
Clean driving record
Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight corners, and in all weather conditions
