Administrative Office Manager
Confidential is a national, full-suite insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to support their San Francisco and Walnut Creek offices, ensuring effective communication and management of office operations.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Answer and screen the main phone lines
Assist with general email inquiries and route them to the appropriate teams
Cheerfully greet and welcome visitors to our offices
Plan and coordinate catering for internal and external meetings and events
Manage the relationship with the building property management teams
Receive and process incoming mail
Assist with mailing certificates of insurance, polices, etc
Maintain all office supplies and common areas
Support the CEO and other leaders when they are in the office
Other duties as deemed necessary
Qualification
Required
