Human Resources Information System Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support one of our clients in the Chattanooga area within the manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for configuring and maintaining multiple Workday modules and managing daily system support activities while collaborating closely with HR partners on enhancements and project initiatives.

Responsibilities

Configuring and maintaining multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance Management
Manage daily system support activities such as troubleshooting issues, handling support requests, and performing configuration updates to improve HR processes
Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields while ensuring data accuracy across all Workday modules
Collaborate closely with HR partners to identify enhancements, test new Workday features, and participate in HRIS project initiatives
Assist with Workday release updates, managing testing in the tenant environment, documenting changes, and communicating updates to stakeholders
Support process improvements, maintain documentation, and provide end‑user training and resources

Qualification

Workday Core HCMWorkday EIBAdvanced Workday reportsWorkday certificationsBachelor's degree

Required

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM
Strong proficiency with Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Proven experience developing advanced Workday reports and dashboards

Preferred

Relevant Workday certifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
