Responsibilities
Ensure business requirements and system designs align to support current and future supply chain needs
Partner with Planning, Operations, and Project Management teams on business case rationalizations
Support business process mapping, documentation, and functional user requirements development
Facilitate moderately complex analyses and develop actionable recommendations
Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA implementation planning and Master Data Management teams
Champion analytics and Operational Excellence to drive process improvements
Drive alignment and consensus in complex, cross-functional process sessions
Monitor progress, report status, escalate issues, and support decision-making
Provide technical consulting, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff
Consult across business support areas and develop business impact measurements
Support SAP S/4HANA integration and data reliability through cross-team partnerships
Facilitate system design, testing, implementation, and related documentation
Support cost and timeline estimation and provide timely project updates
Promote project visibility, early risk identification, and escalation management
Coach and mentor junior staff on best practices and technical topics
Qualification
Required
Project Management experience
Supply chain planning experience
Experience with Kinaxis Maestro and SAP S/4HANA
Experience supporting major business process improvement initiatives in pharma/biotech supply chain environments
Strong reporting and data analysis skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with ability to shift priorities effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated urgency, reliability, and results-driven execution
Ability to distill large data sets and complex information into clear business cases and requirements
Preferred
Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro experience
SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementation project experience
End-to-end supply chain planning expertise
Supply chain capacity and constraint management experience
Pharma or biotech supply chain background
