OCS Engineer
RailWorks Corporation is North America’s leading track and transit system experts for over 100 years. The OCS Engineer is responsible for managing the Overhead Contact System scope from design through construction, testing, and commissioning of the project.

Responsibilities
Manage OCS scope, design, procurement, installation, and testing to meet project and customer requirements
Oversee OCS subcontractors, billings, change proposals, and project closeout documentation
Support Construction Managers with installation plans, drawings, and QA/QC compliance
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of OCS and Traction Power equipment
Manage testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing
Maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, and subcontractors
Promote team discipline, morale, and collaboration
Qualification
Required
5–10 years' experience in rail projects, Signal/Train Control required
Thorough understanding of Signal/Train Control systems used in transit
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Analytical, creative problem-solving abilities; transparent communicator
Preferred
Electrical PE preferred; knowledge of current electrical codes and standards
CADD experience preferred
