Responsibilities
Own the lifecycle of water/wastewater projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards
Review product designs and engineering analyses to ensure they exceed both contractual obligations and current 2026 industry standards
Navigate the supply chain by identifying top-tier vendors, managing RFQs, and making value-based purchasing decisions that never compromise on specification compliance
Act as a technical consultant to our clients, identifying out-of-scope opportunities and preparing the commercial proposals that drive project expansion
Conduct site walk-downs and vendor inspections, ensuring that what is designed in AutoCAD performs flawlessly in the field
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in the water/wastewater industry, ideally with exposure to pumps, piping systems, and large-scale industrial process integration
Mastery of Microsoft Project for schedule management and AutoCAD for design modifications
You are a self-directed problem solver who can pivot between independent project management and collaborative team-based execution
The ability to translate complex engineering data into clear submittals for customers and actionable reports for leadership
Experience the diversity of our operations with site visits and vendor inspections (up to 20% travel)
