Responsibilities

Manage and grow a book of mid-to-large market employee benefits clients

Lead strategic planning, client retention, and day-to-day servicing activities

Deliver advanced consulting on plan design, underwriting, and funding strategies

Participate in finalist presentations and promote World’s full-service value proposition

Support onboarding, implementation, and renewal processes with carriers and internal teams

Coordinate benchmarking, financial reviews, and deliver data-driven recommendations

Advise clients on compliance, regulatory issues, and emerging benefits trends

Oversee marketing efforts, negotiate renewals, and guide carrier selection

Maintain accurate agency system records and ensure timely, proactive communication
