Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Track deposits, transfers, and scheduled payments
Process invoices with accurate coding and approvals
Perform three-way match where applicable (invoice, PO, receipt)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
Familiarity with general accounting principles and GAAP
Proficiency in accounting software
Preferred
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred (or entry-level with strong internship experience)
