Responsibilities

Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients
Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries
Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness in client interactions
Support the development of tailored financial plans and investment strategies
Conduct thorough analysis of client portfolios and recommend adjustments as needed
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings
Assist in monitoring and managing client investment portfolios
Research and analyze market trends and investment opportunities
Collaborate with senior wealth managers to execute trades and investment decisions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Coordinate and schedule client meetings and events
Prepare and process paperwork related to client accounts and transactions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field
Proven track record of working with high-net-worth clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
