Responsibilities

Manage various IT programs ranging from multiple small-mid size programs or a large program
Oversee all projects within the program and successful delivery of all program deliverables
Manage complex projects and manage multiple work streams
Lead IT staff, consultants, vendors, and suppliers
Identify, plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure project deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters
Facilitate management presentations and submit reports as required
Command of Schedule, Scope, Budget, Quality and Benefits always in the life cycle of the project
Consult with internal and external customers to define needs or problems and provides appropriate recommendations for possible solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with technology and equipment partners
Define, manage, and implement highly visible integration projects in a timely and cost-effective manner
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external technology teams to ensure functional requirements are reflected in the final solution
Confer with project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
Build consensus among multiple projects leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing, and issue resolution
Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
Interact with project sponsors, stakeholders, and various project members to ensure that specified business needs are met; assist in the post-implementation analysis to ensure that requirements are fulfilled
Manage Stakeholder Relationships and Development of the Project Plan(s)
Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws
Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives
Always represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance

Ensure conduct is consistent with all Compliance Program Policies and procedures when engaging in any activity on behalf of the company. Immediately report any concerns or violations
Ensure adherence to approved standard processes

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field of study; or four (4) additional related experience in lieu of degree
Proficient in Project Management Tools and Applications
Scheduling and Time Management
Risk Identification and Management
ERP project management experience
Knowledge working on EHR implementations
The role requires a solid understanding of applications and supply chain solutions
Working experience on Client or Customer facing projects
Knowledge working within a healthcare organization
Minimum of nine or more (9+) years [thirteen (13) years for non-degreed candidates] leading IT programs with the delivery of all projects within the program leading strategic plans, resources, budgets, and verifying all objectives are met
Experience with business information systems or related areas
Thorough understanding of IT project management phases, techniques, and tools for managing multiple projects at once
Must be comfortable working and establishing relationships with senior executive leadership stakeholders
Must have strong organizational skills
Must be detailed oriented and have the proven ability to prioritize work
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team
Must have sound decision-making abilities
Ability to manage Stakeholder Relationships and Development of the Project Plan
Ability to manage Project Progress, Project Acceptance, and Project Transitions

Preferred

Six-Sigma project coordination and leadership
Lean project coordination and leadership
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum project management methodologies
SAP experience preferred
Consulting/Sales/Start-up project management experience preferred (Kleartrust only)
Project management and collaboration tools: Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Slack
Management of client/customer facing programs
Project management for data integration and application projects
Experience supporting start-up organizations is preferred (KlearTrust only)
Project Management Professional (PMP) - Preferred
