Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce-powered AI agents within Salesforce to automate customer service, sales, and internal workflows
Configure and customize Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud) to support AI-driven use cases
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Flows, Apex, Omni-Channel, and Einstein features
Develop and optimize prompt strategies and agent behaviors to improve response accuracy and user experience
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across AI-enabled Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Support testing, deployment, and post-production monitoring of AI agents

Required

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven automation
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
Experience working with Einstein AI, conversational AI, or automation tools within Salesforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, and sharing rules
Experience with API integrations and third-party systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI agent optimization
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, or Chatbots
Exposure to Generative AI or Agentic AI concepts
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, AI Specialist, Agentforce Specialist)
Experience working with US-based enterprise clients
