Claims EDI Helpdesk Representative
Briljent is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our Claims EDI Helpdesk team supporting a healthcare client. This fully remote role provides front-line support to providers and trading partners regarding electronic claims submissions and EDI-related inquiries.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and emails from providers and trading partners regarding EDI claim submissions, rejections, and processing issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic data interchange (EDI) formats, transactions, and connectivity
Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the designated tracking systems
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed
Educate callers on EDI processes, requirements, and available resources
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicaid policies and Briljent systems and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or healthcare claims processing
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk ticketing systems
Preferred
associate degree or higher preferred
Familiarity with EDI formats (e.g., 837, 999, 277CA) and Medicaid claims systems preferred
