Employee Experience Partner

Responsibilities
Coordinates and supports employee onboarding, regulatory compliance maintenance, and human resources projects
Provides office administrative support utilizing excellent customer service skills while promoting the human resources operating model
Manages inventory of office supplies, ingoing/outgoing mail, calendars and schedules, agendas, minutes, and phone/walk-ins to support human resources operations
Supports human resources programs and initiatives at a local level as directed
Administers employee badge process, including granting and tracking badge access, maintaining badge supplies, and printer maintenance
Qualification
Required
Associate, High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
