Learning & Development Solutions Advisor
Leading Beyond Limits is seeking a Learning & Development Solutions Advisor who will serve as the first consultative touchpoint for prospective clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs and aligning them with relevant leadership development programs, while preparing leads for a seamless transition to the Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities
Engage inbound and warm leads through LinkedIn, email, and scheduled discovery conversations
Conduct structured discovery to understand:
Organizational goals and leadership challenges
Target audience (emerging leaders, managers, executives, ERGs, nonprofit members)
Program scope, timeline, and budget readiness
Assess readiness and fit for Leading Beyond Limits offerings
Match prospective clients to appropriate leadership development solutions, including:
Leadership workshops and cohorts
Leadership Hub learning paths
Custom programs for corporations, nonprofits, and ERGs
Position offerings in a consultative, outcome-driven manner
Recommend next-step solutions when prospects are not yet ready for full engagement
Manage ongoing follow-ups with warm leads
Share tailored decks, one-pagers, and program overviews
Answer high-level program and delivery questions
Maintain consistent, professional communication cadence
Prepare qualified leads for handoff to the Business Development Manager
Ensure discovery notes, client context, and recommended solutions are clearly documented
Participate in internal alignment calls as needed to ensure continuity
Support proposal preparation by providing client context and recommended scope
Track all lead interactions, notes, and follow-ups in CRM or internal tracking tools
Maintain accuracy and organization of lead data
Identify common objections, questions, or patterns to inform sales enablement and marketing improvements
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in Learning & Development, leadership development, consulting, or client advisory roles
Strong consultative communication skills with executive-level presence
Comfortable discussing leadership, culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
Experience supporting pre-sales or solution alignment (formal sales closing not required)
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Confident using decks, frameworks, and structured discovery conversations
Experience working remotely and independently
Consultative discovery and needs assessment
Solution mapping and recommendation
Stakeholder communication
Relationship management

CRM and document management
Time management and prioritization
