They are seeking an Investment Associate to assist with the deal lifecycle, from origination through execution and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Identify sectors/targets of interest to help drive development of investment theses and identify investment opportunities

Screen potential deals and prepare investment memos for internal review

Perform financial modeling, valuation, and returns analyses

Support due diligence processes including commercial, financial, legal, and operational workstreams

Manage third-party advisors (accountants, attorneys, investment bankers, etc.)

Work closely with portfolio company management teams to monitor performance

Support value creation initiatives, including strategic planning, add-on acquisitions, and operational improvements

Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual board materials, KPI dashboards, and investor reporting
