Responsibilities
Oversee the creation, management, and safe storage of critical legal and procedural documents
Ensure all internal documentation aligns with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices
Monitor and report on compliance with organizational procedures, including internal audits of workflow and documentation
Prepare, review, and file reports related to loan documentation and ensure timeliness and accuracy of submissions
Conduct regular assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to enforce adherence to internal policies and proactively address non-compliance issues
Support regulatory and internal audit activities, assist in remediation of findings, and support implementation of corrective actions
Stay current with applicable laws, regulations, and industry trends to anticipate and respond to changing compliance requirements
Deliver training and guidance to employees on compliance processes and updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience in compliance, legal documentation, or a similar regulatory environment
Strong understanding of internal risk controls, document management, and loan documentation processes
Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
