Business Development Coordinator
JBA International is seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to drive new business through sales efforts. The role involves building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals while maintaining knowledge of market conditions.
Responsibilities
Prospect and research potential client companies in directed areas
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Make a high volume of daily outreach attempts to introduce our staffing services
Qualify prospective clients by identifying hiring needs, decision-makers, and timelines
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales or account managers
Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM systems
Learn staffing industry terminology, client pain points, and sales best practices
Collaborate with recruiters to understand candidate availability and market trends
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with business professionals
Coachable, motivated, and open to feedback
Organized with strong time-management skills
Basic computer proficiency
Interest in sales, recruiting, staffing, or business development
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
CRM experience a plus, but not required
