This role will focus on high-volume account reconciliations, customer collections, and discrepancy resolution within SAP.

Responsibilities
Perform heavy account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of variances
Conduct collections calls with customers to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies
Research and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies within SAP (GUI / S/4HANA 4.0)
Manage and support accounts with high-volume distributors, maintaining positive customer relationships
Investigate billing, credit, and payment issues by analyzing transactional data in SAP
Utilize Excel, including Pivot Tables, to analyze accounts receivable data and support reconciliation efforts
Document findings, resolutions, and follow-ups clearly and accurately
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with SAP GUI and S/4HANA 4.0
Proven experience in credit and collections, preferably in a high-volume environment
Strong background in account reconciliations
Experience working with large distributors or high-transaction customers
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables
Strong communication skills for effective customer outreach and internal collaboration
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
