Partner closely with business, operations & engineering teams to implement next generation technology solutions
Efficiently deliver mid to large-scale initiatives by empowering and supporting your team
Helping to identify and remove impediments
Mentor and guide junior developers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
10+ years of software engineering development experience with at least 4 years leading complex IT projects/initiative
An ability to efficiently deliver mid to large-scale initiatives by empowering and supporting your team and by helping to identify and remove impediments
Passion for technology and ability to navigate your way across sophisticated and constantly evolving landscapes by staying on top of the latest trends
Experience working in agile teams and sound knowledge of agile scrum methodology
Self-starter, who actively challenges status-quo, is curious and not afraid to ask Why and What if?
Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers
Proven experience working with Angular 108+, Java, J2EE stack, Spring/Spring Boot, Azure, SQL, Maven, Git and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Hands-on experience with the API Design & Development and Micro Services Architecture
Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash and Docker
Knowledge of Messaging Technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, SNS, SQS)
Preferred
Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles, CMIS standards, and document management best practices
