Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of test events and evaluation milestones across acquisition programs

Assist with documentation and scheduling of T&E activities, including tracking readiness criteria, test plans, and evaluation results

Coordinate with acquisition leads, program managers, and technical teams to align T&E objectives with program lifecycles

Provide input and support to cost estimation and financial management activities related to T&E

Contribute to the development of T&E artifacts such as evaluation frameworks, readiness reviews, and milestone briefings

Support program documentation, records maintenance, and system/data tracking related to test coordination

Act as the day-to-day team lead and contract POC, responsible for internal coordination, task tracking, and performance monitoring

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems management, business, or a related field

10+ years of experience supporting test and evaluation activities within a federal acquisition environment

Experience supporting acquisition-aligned programs where testing, validation, and capability fielding are key lifecycle milestones

Understanding of systems engineering, program planning, and milestone review processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create professional documentation and briefings

Experience leading task execution or supporting project delivery in a federal contracting environment

Applicants must be U.S. citizens

This position requires a Top-Secret clearance

Preferred

Prior experience supporting DHS or TSA T&E efforts, or supporting T&E efforts of relevant technologies (e.g., biometrics, scanning capabilities, etc.)

Familiarity with operational testing, developmental testing, or mission-focused evaluations
