Responsibilities
Build and improve scalable accounting processes, controls, and reporting
Own monthly close, core accounting, and financial reporting
Ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready financials
Partner with leadership on financial analysis and business growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in accounting/finance (sweet spot: 5 –10 years)
Preferred background starting in Big 4 or public accounting, followed by corporate or operating company experience
Experience supporting a complex, high-volume business (e.g., product + services, manufacturing, multiple revenue streams, varied cost structures)
Strong understanding of how revenue, costs, and cash move through an operationally intensive business
Systems-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the full accounting cycle
Full GL Accounting experience
Preferred
CPA
Prior accounting management/leadership experience
Early-stage or high-growth company experience
Strong analytical or practical finance skill set
