Talent Acq Coordinator
tms is a company that unites technology, marketing, and sourcing to drive transformational change for leading brands. This role involves providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including interview scheduling, system updates, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Interview scheduling of candidates
Posting and maintaining adverts across all TA platforms
Updating systems and tools, primarily SuccessFactors and Excel trackers
Support TA recruiters with the Contingent Worker (freelance) process and compliance admin, trackers, requirements
Manage and work with the HRIS team on TA reporting (weekly global recruitment tracker)
Co-lead internship program
Coordinate logistics for recruiting events and in-person interviews
Manage tms NA referrals inbox
Project support across various teams
Become the SME for the Recruiting Module of SuccessFactors
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition supporting recruitment efforts
Project tracking & coordination skills
Advanced Excel skills
Analytical mindset
Strong communication verbal and written
High attention to detail
Highly organized and strong prioritization/time management
Ability to multi-task and manage expectations
Technical aptitude
Resourceful, seeks out new information independently and willingness to learn
