Responsibilities

Plan, review, and coordinate technical project activities end-to-end
Drive execution across large, cross-functional engineering teams
Run meetings with engineers and business stakeholders
Partner with users, vendors, and leadership to assess system and project needs
Provide oversight on technical support, security, and system processes
Ensure clear communication, timelines, and delivery in a high-complexity AI setting

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred

Experience with AI teams at fast-paced tech companies or startups
Background with large tech companies (Google, Microsoft, Amazon preferred)
Computer Science or AI-related educational background
Preferred: Computer Science, Math, or Engineering degree
