CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

Retail

Responsibilities

Greeting clients and providing outstanding customer service
Handling transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
Managing inventory and processing special orders and repairs
Answering phones and directing calls to the right team member
Receiving and sorting shipments, communicating details to the team
Collaborating with teammates to solve problems and ensure client satisfaction
Performing other duties as needed to support the store

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in customer service or office support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and a desire to have fun every day!
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Frequent use of hands for handling and reaching
Occasionally lift/move up to 35 lbs
