Claims Attorney

LHH is seeking an experienced Claims Attorney to join our client's legal team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves handling anti-trust and data breach matters, requiring strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of class action and mass torts.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough and accurate review of electronic documents (e.g., emails, contracts, financial records)
Identify and flag relevant documents according to defined criteria and legal holds
Summarize and analyze key information extracted from documents
Field complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all document reviews
Meet daily/weekly productivity targets and deadlines
Effectively communicate with project managers and legal teams regarding any issues or concerns

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license in good standing from one US jurisdiction

Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace for remote work
