Responsibilities
Administer Quorum QPTM application and manage system configurations
Collaborate with user groups to translate business requirements into system solutions
Oversee installation and upgrades of Quorum applications
Develop and maintain data integrations and ETL processes
Create advanced reports and dashboards using SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Resolve application issues and plan for future enhancements
Participate in after-hours support rotations as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum of eight years overall IT experience
3+ years supporting Quorum Software products
Established SQL skills in MS SQL and/or Oracle databases
Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI
Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques
Proficiency in Python for automation
