Responsibilities
Program and set up CNC milling machines using G-CODE, either at the machine or through Mastercam
Work with Haas and Mazak machines
Maintain organized and up-to-date programs on the server, including backups
Provide detailed feedback to correct errors or discrepancies in documentation, BOMs, routings, and prints
Manufacture components based on routing, work orders, verbal/written instructions, and technical drawings
Operate a variety of machining equipment (lathe, mill, drill), both manual and CNC
Determine sequence of setups and operations within standard methods and procedures
Perform self-inspection and testing of parts upon job completion
Adhere to safety-sensitive requirements, including random drug testing
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience with CNC and manual machining equipment
Proficiency in G-CODE programming and familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks)
Ability to read and interpret detailed prints/drawings and perform shop math (decimals and fractions)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
