Responsibilities
Jump into live customer conversations and guide them from first technical touch to a successful go-live
Untangle complex integrations, smooth out deployment blockers, and make sure customers hit their “aha!” moment fast
Build compelling POCs and show what’s possible through tailored demos, sample projects, and short-form video walkthroughs
Surface customer feedback, patterns, and feature requests to directly influence the product roadmap
Own the investigation and resolution of technical issues across modern programming languages, and enterprise environments
Maintain and evolve documentation, quick-start guides, and reference architectures that help teams self-serve at scale
Debug with curiosity and creativity, always looking for the simplest, most elegant fix
Spot opportunities where we can expand usage and unlock new value for current customers
Partner with sales, product, and engineering to continuously refine how we deliver technical excellence at every stage of the customer journey
Qualification
Required
You can write clean, production-ready code in at least one modern language (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
You're comfortable working with enterprise-grade infrastructure
You love diving into tricky technical puzzles, finding root causes, and delivering creative, reliable solutions
You understand how to turn a technical fix into a business win
You thrive on helping people succeed with your product
You know how to prioritize, juggle multiple requests, and move projects forward without constant direction
You know how to make complex ideas simple
