Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients (in-person, by phone, email, or text) while providing professional, warm, and timely assistance

Coordinate client appointments and communications

Manage client records and documents — maintain accurate data, upload forms (POAs, e-files, tax returns), process document requests

Support tax and billing processes — compile returns, assist with quarterly compiling, prepare invoices, bill out returns, and process client payments

Maintain office operations with opening and closing procedures

Assist with special projects as assigned

Required

2+ Years proven administrative/customer service experience

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and in-person)

Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms

Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry, time tracking, and recordkeeping

Team player eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas

Proficient with typical office equipment to ensure smooth daily operations (PC, copier, scanner, phone)
