Responsibilities

Build, update, and optimize PDPs with accurate product descriptions, compelling imagery, and key product benefits
Ensure product pages reflect Everlane's brand voice and commitment to transparency
Create, maintain, and update collection pages to align with product launches, seasonal changes, and marketing initiatives
Optimize page layouts and sorting to enhance discoverability and conversion
Oversee product categorization, sorting, and navigation to ensure a seamless shopping experience
Leverage data insights to make informed merchandising decisions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support promotions, new product launches, and brand storytelling
Utilize analytics tools to track site performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Support A/B testing initiatives to enhance PDP and collection page effectiveness

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, site merchandising, or digital retail (internships or entry-level experience welcome)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Preferred

Experience with Looker, Excel, and Airtable is a plus
Basic understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, heat mapping tools) is a bonus
