Responsibilities
Lead a hybrid function that combines full life cycle real estate responsibilities with enterprise-level project management
Oversee permanent and temporary space planning, site selection, lease negotiations, construction management, and care center activation
Drive accountability and prioritization across strategic projects
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Market Leadership to reduce reliance on external real estate support
Build scalable processes that enable predictable growth
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of results-oriented project management experience
Experience managing negotiation and operationalization of new sites
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
The knowledge or ability to quickly develop the knowledge of real estate law, building codes, and compliance requirements
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
